Monitoring of Wholesale Gas Supply Points

Compact system monitors flow points of gas mass-consumers with GSM or GPRS data transfer. The system contains all necessary components for monitoring and remote transfer of data from various types of commercial flow meters with possibility of remote commanding or configuring. The system contains control system industrial GSM/GPRS modem with antenna, power supply with backup and accumulator and over-voltage protection. All components are placed in dimensional suitable distribution box. Industrial make-out of components insures reliable system functionality in wide range of temperature in outside environment. Program equipment of control system allows remote servicing and lowers the maintenance costs. The type of transfer allows shortening of system implementation time.

Terminal for connecting up to four commercial gas flow meters by serial link RS232 or RS485, Capability of power supplying also for commercial flow meters with separating of spark-safe circuits.

System is placed in distribution box RITTAL type AE1034. System is powered by 1-phase 230V distributional network.

System also allows monitoring and evaluating of next devices:
Measuring devices – gas flow meters by RS232 such as ECS, SuperFlo, Elcor94, microElcor etc.
Sensing devices of pressure, temperature and other devices with RS485 interface and MODBUS protocol.

The system is delivered with program equipment, what monitors basic functions. It is possible to configure functions and operation of device at site as well as remote by GSM network. It is possible to update program equipment by serial interface at site or by GSM network. Algorithm of updating is resistant to system malfunction during update process
